    We offer Free Standard Delivery on orders on small items over £50 to majority of UK addresses, excluded are listed below. For orders under £50, a standard delivery charge of between £3.95 & £7.95 will apply depending on size and weight. For Large deliveries please see below.

    DELIVERY TIMES

    Your order will be delivered on a weekday, between 8am and 8pm, unless a specific time slot has already been agreed. For security reasons, a signature is required for most deliveries, as our couriers are unable to leave items unattended.

    We partner with a range of trusted suppliers who deliver directly to help ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. As a result, your order may arrive via a delivery company from those listed below. In some cases, the courier may contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Free Standard UK Delivery over £50

*Excludes larger furniture and large home accessories.

FREE delivery applies to standard orders of £50 and over, delivered to UK addresses with the exception of the islands and highlands.

Please take into consideration that we are not delivering your order ourselves, we use third party delivery companies who we trust to deliver your order on time and securely. At times they may not be able to deliver your order when they state they are going to as they might have encountered a problem themselves. Please be patient that your order will be delivered.

Standard delivery can range from £3.95 to £7.95 for orders under £50.

Estimated delivery dates are shown on during checkout but usually are no longer than 7 days.

Our delivery estimates don't apply to remote areas. Scroll down to see if this will affect you, and how long your delivery will take.

Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday

Large Items - £7.95 - £49.95

Delivery Service Details: 

We will use various delivery companies depending on the volume size of the item you have ordered, for this service items can't weigh more than 30kg

Items that weigh more than 30kg in actual weight it may require a pallet delivery or delivery from a 2 man team.

Order Confirmation & Tracking: 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, if you do not receive this please check your spam inbox as these confirmations go out automatically once you place an order.

The evening before delivery, you will receive an email notification from the delivery team confirming that your order has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Day & Scheduling: 

Please provide a mobile phone number when placing your order. Some couriers will send a 4-hour time slot via text message on the delivery day, helping you plan accordingly. 

On the day of delivery, the drivers will call you to confirm the time slot allocated. 

If your order includes multiple items with different delivery lead times, they may arrive separately as they are dispatched from different warehouses. 

Pre-Order Deliveries

All pre-order items display an estimated delivery date on the product page. Please note this is a guideline only and may change due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays or unexpected delivery disruptions.

Payment for pre-orders is taken at checkout to secure your item. Once the product becomes available, we’ll begin processing and preparing it for shipment.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we typically ship available items first so you receive them as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship.

We’ll do our best to keep you updated about any changes to delivery timelines. If you’d like a real-time update, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Unfortunately due to distance we are unable to include the following areas in our Standard Delivery times, however we will do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We are also unable to offer our express service to these locations:
